Welcome to "Wuji" (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not understand or agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

1. Service Description

The Platform is an anonymous chat tool providing the following services:

  • Private Rooms: Password-protected private chat spaces accessed via room number and password;
  • Interest Group Chats: Public chat rooms organized by topic tags;
  • File Transfer: Support for sending and storing images, videos, files, and other multimedia messages (availability depends on room specifications);
  • Message Search: Search history by date, type, or content.

2. User Identity & Account

The Platform uses an anonymous mechanism. Users do not need to register an account. The system automatically assigns a random nickname and avatar for the current browser session. This identity is only valid during the current session and expires automatically when the session ends. The Platform does not collect, store, or track your real identity information.

3. User Conduct

You agree to abide by the following rules when using the Platform:

  • Do not post illegal content, including but not limited to pornography, violence, gambling, drugs, terrorism, etc.;
  • Do not engage in harassment, defamation, threats, discrimination, or any behavior that infringes on others' rights;
  • Do not send spam, advertisements, or engage in any form of malicious marketing;
  • Do not attempt to hack, attack the Platform, or interfere with its normal operation;
  • Do not use the Platform for any illegal or criminal activities;
  • Do not post information involving national security or state secrets;
  • Do not infringe on others' intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

The Platform strictly prohibits posting or sharing any content related to child pornography, political bias, violence, drugs, terrorism, gambling, fraud, or similar content.

Users shall comply with local laws, ethical norms, and social morals, and shall not participate in any illegal or criminal activities.

The Platform has the right to take measures including warnings, feature restrictions, permanent bans, etc., against users who violate these rules, and reserves the right to report to relevant authorities.

4. Content Ownership & Responsibility

The intellectual property rights of text, images, videos, and other content posted by users during their use of the Platform belong to the users themselves. Users bear full legal responsibility for the content they post. The Platform only provides information storage and transmission services and does not review, edit, or modify user content, but has the right to delete content found to violate these Terms.

5. Data Storage & Privacy

The Platform values your privacy highly. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details. Below are data storage related explanations:

  • Chat Messages: Stored on remote servers; room owners can clean history themselves;
  • Uploaded Files: Stored in qualified cloud storage with compute-storage separation architecture;
  • Session Data: Anonymous identity information is stored only in your browser's sessionStorage and is cleared when the browser tab is closed;
  • Log Data: The Platform may collect necessary operation logs for service operations and security audits, which do not contain personally identifiable information.

6. Service Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to ensure service continuity and stability, but are not responsible for service interruptions caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance or upgrades;
  • Network, server, or third-party service failures;
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.);
  • Hacker attacks or security incidents.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. The Platform assumes no responsibility for disputes arising from interactions between users.

8. Changes to Terms

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes may be notified to users via in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
